이 프로그램은 윈도우 바탕화면에 두고 쓰는 달력 위젯입니다. 다음을 할 수 있습니다.
구글 로그인은 선택입니다. 로그인하지 않아도 이 컴퓨터에 저장하며 쓸 수 있습니다.
이 프로그램은 무료로 제공되며 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 기능을 바꾸거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.
구글 계정과 그 계정으로 일어나는 모든 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 이 프로그램을 불법적이거나 허가되지 않은 목적으로 사용하지 않아야 합니다.
이 프로그램이 다루는 자료는 이용자의 구글 계정과 이용자의 컴퓨터에 있습니다. 개발자는 이용자의 일정·할 일·메모를 보관하지 않으며, 따라서 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
특히 바탕화면 메모와 이 컴퓨터에만 저장한 할 일은 구글에 사본이 없습니다. 중요한 내용은 직접 백업해 주세요 (설정 창에 메모 내보내기 기능이 있습니다).
정보를 어떻게 다루는지는 개인정보처리방침에 적어 두었습니다.
이 프로그램은 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 제공됩니다. 개발자는 이 프로그램의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 발생한 직접·간접·부수적·결과적 손해(자료의 손실을 포함하되 이에 한정되지 않음)에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다. 자료의 백업은 이용자의 책임입니다.
이 프로그램은 구글 캘린더, 구글 할 일, 구글 Gemini 등 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 해당 서비스의 이용에는 각 서비스의 약관이 함께 적용되며, 그 서비스의 중단이나 변경에 대하여 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 이 약관과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 대한민국 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

By downloading, installing or using D-deskcal (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a desktop calendar widget for Windows. It lets you view and manage events in your Google Calendar, view and manage items in your Google Tasks, keep local-only events, tasks and desktop notes, and optionally use an AI feature that extracts a date and a title from text you type. Signing in to Google is optional. The App is provided free of charge and "as is", and may be modified or discontinued at the developer's discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for all activity under it, and you agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Your data lives in your Google account and on your own computer. The developer does not store your events, tasks or notes and therefore cannot recover them. Desktop notes and local-only tasks have no copy in Google; please back them up yourself. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, resulting from the use of or inability to use the App. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
The App relies on third-party services including Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Google Gemini. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and the developer is not responsible for their interruption or change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
